Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside of our control. Ultrella is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the shipping provider.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Due to the personal nature of deodorant and hygiene products, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
